Before Baby

One-time 2-hour session: $40

Not sure where to start on your registry, what baby carrier to chose or what your plan is after baby is born? I'm here to help guide you through your concerns and help create a plan that will get you feeling comfortable for what happens after the birth.

Single Session

One-time 3-hour session: $75

Need a little bit of help? I'm here for you. Whether you want to take a nap, tidy up a bit, or just want to take a long shower... this session is for you! This also makes the perfect gift for any expecting mother.

First Few Weeks Package

Three to five 3-hour sessions: $65 for each three hour block

Looking for more help in those first few weeks home with baby? I'm available to help with feeding, basic infant care, self care for mothers, and more. In addition to in home help, I'm available via text and email during this time.

First Few Months Package

Six or more 3-hour sessions: $55 for each three hour block

This package is perfect for the family that is interested in having help over a longer duration of time. Whether you want help once a week or several times in a week, this is an excellent way to know you will have help available when your baby is home. In addition to in home help, I'm available via text and email during this time.

Your needs are unique. I will work with you to design a customized package that provides the support you need.

The Doula cares for the mother and her family in the home in the first three months (known as the Fourth trimester) following birth. She provides non-medical support and companionship, assists with newborn care and sibling adjustment, meal preparation and household organization. The doula offers evidence based information on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth and other issues related to the postpartum period, and can make referrals if necessary.
